Well its about time for a new video from Gnarwhale. Here is a new full mixtape featuring parts from myself (Riley), Chester Jones, Carl Arnett & heaps of our buddies from across the world.

The Cheaper Show is a yearly art show that happens in downtown Vancouver. It showcases artists worldwide in a very simple one night show. Gnarwhale creator, Andy Chung, has had pieces in their past shows. But this year they constructed a public installation piece on Kinsway and Broadway to publicize the event. The installation showcases only about half a dozen of the 200 artists in the show, and Andy happens to be one of them up there. Really awesome to see my friends involved with cool things like this.

Everyone’s should have already seen this. But I realized I hadn’t posted this here, so there ya go. I helped Hango film a couple of these clips, and damn the guy is good. I can’t wait to see his full section in the upcoming Blazeguard dvd.

I’ve made another zine, No Bummers 2. This time around its a 48 page package filled with full colour pictures from my most recent adventure in New Zealand. Limited edition of 50.

David Lang comes through with another clipset from his digi cam featuring local Gnarwhalers Andy Chung, Ian Moult, Carlos Arnett, Riley McMaster, Dave Emmens and even DSL himself.

All of us at Gnarwhale have been kind of spread in our own directions over the past couple years but I’d say we’ve all been very productive in our own rights. More to elaborate on that soon.

Dave just dropped this edit of footage from like 2 summers ago, it’s rad and he does a man shot in it with the jabroni’s.
