Art & Sole
So this has already been blogged about on VIA, Booooooom, and Defgrip, but I thought I could give it a plug too. Art & Sole is an exhibition of 40 artists who transformed a pair of PF Flyers into, well, something else. The show runs for a couple weeks, but the opening is tonight at 9pm at El Kartel (on Robson and Burrard). I have a pair of shoes in the show as well as Harrison. There’s also a catalogue of all the work that they are putting out that has some nice use of Neighbourhood in it. Facebook event details here.
