So it’s September now and things are getting back to normal life-wise. I’m back in school full time finishing my last year at Emily Carr doing my undergrad in design, and with that comes a bunch of work on grad projects and other such things. I wish the Summer could be extended as it was probably the most fun I’ve had collectively in such a short period of time. After going to Denmark I had the opportunity to work for Macneil Bikes doing a bunch of stuff, including the identity for this years Metro Jam. It’s pretty surreal to think that I got to create the identity for for an event which made up some of my earliest BMX memories (when Metro took place in Kerrisdale arena), and it kind of blows my mind. Other than working an amazing job for the Summer I also had the chance to drive down to San Francisco for a week with Colin and my brother and just explore North America, which was really cool. There are some pictures of that up on my flickr. There is so much more that I’m not going to bother mentioning here because this isn’t supposed to be my personal blog or something, but this Summer was the best.

Today I put together the clips that I got over the Summer, which unfortunately aren’t that many. All of Riley’s clips are going towards the new Team Dilly video titled Cool!, and Ian was tied up in a robotics class for most of the Summer. Anyway, check out the SUMMER OF FUN EDIT right here.

Also during the Summer our friend Dave Emmens had a party at his house where we found a disposable camera and took pictures for the whole night. Total BMX party, no girls allowed. Check the pics after the jump.
